We will repair if there are any damages to your frame due to factory defects within 6 months of purchase.

*The warranty does not cover frames that are broken or damaged due to improper use, for example: being crushed, stepped on, dropped or due to negligence.

We will provide lens replacement if you feel any discomfort in your vision when using our glasses due to inaccuracy of the lens prescription, compared to the eye test result or the prescription given.

If you feel any discomfort when using the glasses due to an inaccurate eye test performed in our store, you are entitled to get one time replacement lenses with the correct eye prescription within 2 weeks after purchase.

*The warranty is not applicable if the discomfort is caused by the increase of the prescription from your eyes.
 

If your frame is damaged or broken due to your negligence within 6 months, we will give discount of IDR 15K from the normal price to buy a replacement frame.

*If your frame model is out of stock, we will give discount of IDR 15K from the normal price to buy other frame and make new lenses.

We provide free fitting if your glasses don't fit properly, as well as free cleaning and maintenance of your glasses for lifetime.

We provide free eye test whenever you feel your vision is deteriorate.
